Ann holds an AAB in Office Administration and a Certification in Medical Insurance Billing and Coding. With a career in the IDD field that began in Ohio in 1999, Ann has dedicated years to supporting individuals with disabilities. After moving to Tennessee in 2017, Ann served as the Quality Assurance Coordinator for MHDS, overseeing provider investigations, protection from harm, and the Reportable Events Committee. In August 2024, Ann joined The STAR Center, continuing their commitment to quality care and advocacy.
